Pay Your Retainer Fee or Your Invoice
If you are a Client or a Potential Client, who has already signed a Retainer Agreement, you may pay your Invoice or Retainer Fee here by clicking the appropriate button below.
Payment of Invoice
To pay your Invoice, type your name into the blank box below, and click on the Pay My Invoice Button. Clicking on the button below will bring you to a secure page managed by Pay Pal. Follow the instructions provided by Pay Pal to pay by credit card, debit card, or wire transfer directly from your account.
Please note that the balance due on your
invoice must be paid in full, unless Attorney
agreed otherwise in writing. Partially paid invoices, that are not pre-approved by the Attorney, will be charged a late fee
for the unpaid balance in accordance with your Retainer Agreement.
Payment of Retainer Fee
To pay for your Retainer Fee pursuant to the Retainer Agreement provided to you by the Attorney, type your name into the blank box below and click on the Pay Now button. Clicking on the button will bring you to a page managed by PayPal. Please follow the instructions provided by PayPal to pay by credit card, bank card, or to make a wire transfer directly from your account.
Please note that Retainer Fees are payable in full, and must be made on the same date that your signed the Retainer Agreement. It is important that client understands that payment of the Retainer Fee without a properly signed and dated Retainer Agreement will not form an Attorney Client Relationship, unless Attorney gives prior written consent.
