Formation We offer clients assistance with their start up businesses. We offer advise for choosing the appropriate type of entity structure to suit the individual needs of each business in order to help our clients get started on the right foot. We prepare all the necessary documentation and facilitate the registration of the entity with the secretary of state of the appropriate jurisdiction. We also provide agency services for all reporting needs and service of process.
Corporate Counseling Our services include counseling on issues, assistance with projects and transactions, capitalization, regulatory filings and compliance, secretarial duties, reorganization, SPV formations and intellectual property.
Transactions We assist our clients with domestic, cross-border and international transactions, representing buyers, sellers and other interested parties.
